CANCELLATION RETURNS/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

This policy and all its terms and conditions apply to all Peeli Kothi products sold and delivered to our customers.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an ordered product, the cancellation request can be placed in the ‘My Orders’ section of the website. If your cancellation request is received before the order has been packed and shipped, we may cancel the order and refund your amount. Though in such a case, we will be deducting the Bank’s transaction fee.

Please note that we would not be able to cancel your order or refund your amount if it has already been packed and shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

You can Return/Exchange a product if you have received a wrong/defective product or need a different colour/size.

Returns/Exchange/Refund will be processed provided you comply with the following terms & conditions:

• To return any product bought on our website peelikothi.com, please send the product to Peeli Kothi, Chitranjan Park Main Road, Greater Kailash-110019, New Delhi, India.
• You can also exchange the product by visiting the Peeli Kothi store in Chitranjan Park. For an exchange at the store, kindly note that exchange is allowed only in cases of dissatisfaction with the colour, size, shape, quality of the product. Such an exchange can only be done within 7 days from receipt of product.
• All products must be returned in their original condition with the folds intact, and price tags/labels in place, along with the original accessories (if any) and in the original packaging and invoice as delivered to you.
• Product(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Garments that have makeup stains or that smell of perfume cannot be accepted.
• Products without proper folding, missing tags or products that are damaged or not in a saleable condition will not be valid for exchange.
• If you have received a defective/damaged product that you wish to return, please send an email to us at contact@peelikothi.com or call us at +91 011-45048500 (11:30 am to 6:00 pm IST, Tuesdays closed) within 3 days from the receipt of the product. Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 7 days from the product receipt date, although the product might reach us anytime. On receipt of the returned product, we would confirm if the same was shipped within 7 days from date of delivery.
• Please do not send back any item without first emailing/calling us.
• If you are sending us an email to return/exchange a product, please mention the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you in detail, along with the photographs showing the defect. We shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your email.
• The product should be returned through our courier partners only. A refund will not be processed if you use any other courier service to return the product.
• Peeli Kothi products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Please do not consider an irregular weave, print or stitch as a defect. We do not commit to any return/refund/ exchange in cases of weaving irregularities such as weft direction faults, loose weft, warp streaks, tight or slack pick, tails out, etc.
• In case of a return, the shipping charges along with customs duties(if any) will have to be borne by you, and the same will be deducted from the refund amount.
• In cases of exchange, you will need to bear the shipping charges for the exchanged product shipped to you and the same will be adjusted accordingly.
• Please note that you will not be eligible to get any refund or replacement in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products.

REFUND

• Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which you purchased the product, and by using the same payment mode. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working business days.
• Refunds will be processed only in case you have received a defective/damaged product. Please note that you will not be entitled to any refund if you are dissatisfied with the colour, size, shape or quality of the product
• There will be no refund made upon exchange of products. You can exchange a product for another of the same or higher value. In all such cases, you will have to bear the differences in pricing and shipping charges.
