The Peeli Kothi website can be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site.

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in Peeli Kothi's registration form
• Maintain and promptly update the Registration Form Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Peeli Kothi has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, Peeli Kothi has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.

Descriptions of Products

Peeli Kothi attempts to be as clear and as accurate as possible in describing the products on the site. However, peelikothi.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product on peelikothi.com itself is not as described, you have the right to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

The prices for products displayed on our website in Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product. Delivery/Shipping and international shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned separately.

When you make a payment for purchase on peelikothi.com, your credit card is charged before your order has entered the shipping process. In case, if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Mispricing

Though we strive to keep all information accurate, it could happen that a few items on the site may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is lower than the price on the site, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the product. However, if a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, either contact you about the same and seek your instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and intimate you of such cancellation.

Hand Made Product Properties & Colours

Peeli Kothi products are handcrafted and involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, woodblock printing and embroidery. Hand made products tend to have subtle differences in colour, texture and finish. Also, they might have an irregular weave or print, which is not a defect, but is characterisitic of handcrafted products.

Colours: While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Cancellation by peelikothi.com

There might be some situations when we will be unable to accept certain orders and must cancel them. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Peeli Kothi on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain the property of Peeli Kothi. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Peeli Kothi of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Peeli Kothi owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. Peeli Kothi will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Peeli Kothi does not regularly review posted Comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make and you agree to indemnify Peeli Kothi and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit.
