What is the estimated Delivery Time within India?

After placing your order, your product(s) will be shipped to you in 7 to 10 Calendar/ Working Days.

Do I have to pay Octroi or Entry Taxes for Domestic Shipping?

Octroi charges are levied by state governments when a product enters the state.

Due to interstate shipping, you may have to pay these additional charges. Though Octroi charges are levied in only a few states.

Any Octroi charges asked by the Courier company is payable by the Customer. Courier company will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient of the product(s) at the time of delivery. A receipt for the same will be provided to you.

What does PeeliKothi charge for Shipping?

For deliveries within India, we offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5000.

For any home decor products the shipping charges would be extra depending on the products purchased. To know more please contact CustomerCare.

Where do you deliver within India?

PeeliKothi through its courier partners delivers orders to all pin codes across India. We have tie-ups with Aramex, Bluedart, DTDC, First Flight and other courier partners.

Pincodes that are not covered by Aramex, Bluedart, DTDC, and First Flight are shipped via Speed Post / India Post.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we are delivering only in India.

Can I Ship Product(s) to Different Shipping Addresses in one order?

Only one shipping address can be processed with one order. Please place a separate order if you wish to order to different people.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?

We take approximately 2 working days to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. We can try to accommodate your request to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed if your package has not been shipped. Please contact Customer Care with your requested change and we will email our reply to confirm if we can accept your request for the change.

However, if your order is with the shipping company then we will not be able to make any shipping address changes.

My order still has not been delivered even after the due date. Why?

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order. After 3 attempts they will contact us that your package is not deliverable.

You can also track the package through the Order Tracking feature in ‘My Orders’. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number or go to their website and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Please make sure that you give the correct address at the time of placing the order so that the package can be delivered successfully.
